Citizens & Residents- Qatar ID and Qatar Mobile Number
Visitors & Users Abroad- Email ID and International Mobile Number

You can activate your Qatari mobile number by calling 109 if you are inside Qatar and do not have one. If you are outside Qatar, your account will be automatically created.

How to create an account on Tawtheeq

Visit the NAS website self-service page.
Select ‘Register.’
Choose the ‘Account type.’
Type in your Qatar ID and mobile number.
Verify your account by entering the verification code you received via SMS.
Provide your required details.
Create a password.
You will receive a confirmation message before you can use your account.

Tawtheeq’s mobile app offers secure One-Time Password generation and allows single-tab authentication approval. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

When you launch the application for the first time, you will need to log in to your Tawtheeq account and follow the on-screen instructions. If your device is connected to the Internet, you can approve the log-in request or generate the OTP. To identify the user’s device ID & location, the Tawtheeq app requires access to the user’s phone and location.
