The Labour Dispute Settlement Committee resolves all disputes and its decision is enforceable immediately. The Committee takes a maximum of three weeks to issue its decision.

Scenario 1 : It seems like you believe that your employer has violated your contract or Qatar’s labor laws
Step 1 – Start Process
The first step is to file a complaint at the Ministry of Labour within one year of the end of your employment contract. You can do this even if you are still employed.
Step 2 – Ministry of Labour Meeting
