Serene Air, the Pakistani carrier, has recently implemented an enhanced baggage allowance for passengers traveling from Dubai. Economy class passengers can now enjoy a generous check-in baggage allowance of up to 70kg, which can be distributed among a maximum of 3 pieces of luggage. This increased allowance provides travelers with more flexibility and convenience during their journey. For Serene Plus (business class) passengers, the baggage allowance is even more substantial, allowing them to carry up to 100kg. Business class travelers are permitted a maximum of 4 pieces of luggage, with each piece not exceeding 32kg. This additional allowance caters to the needs of business class passengers who require extra baggage space for their travel requirements. With these enhanced baggage allowances, Serene Air aims to provide a more comfortable and accommodating travel experience for passengers flying from Dubai.
The special offer of a generous baggage allowance is specifically applicable to flights operated on Serene Air’s Airbus 330-200 aircraft. This promotion is part of their campaign titled ‘Bring All That You Can For Your Family and Friends.’ Passengers traveling on these flights can take advantage of the increased baggage allowance until July 31. It is important to note that this offer is valid for UAE residents flying from Dubai to Lahore and Islamabad. This campaign aims to provide added convenience and value for passengers traveling to these destinations, allowing them to bring more belongings for their family and friends.
The route between Dubai and Pakistan experiences significant traffic and demand due to the substantial Pakistani community residing in the UAE, particularly in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. With an estimated population of approximately 1.7 million Pakistanis in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, Pakistani citizens constitute one of the largest expatriate communities in the UAE. This sizable population contributes to the busy air travel between Dubai and Pakistan, with many individuals and families frequently commuting or visiting their home country. The strong ties and close connections between the UAE and Pakistan create a robust flow of travelers on this route, further reinforcing the importance and popularity of flights between Dubai and various cities in Pakistan.
Additionally, Serene Air is extending a baggage allowance of 60kg for passengers traveling from Sharjah to Lahore and Islamabad, which will also be applicable until the end of the month.
As the airline continues to grow, it is actively seeking to expand its cabin crew team. Walk-in interviews for cabin crew positions will be conducted in Lahore on August 3 and in Karachi on August 8. To be eligible, applicants must be at least 26 years old and proficient in both English and Urdu.
It’s worth noting that Pakistan has recently removed the requirement for all passengers to present a Covid-19 vaccine certificate upon arrival.
