Serene Air, the Pakistani carrier, has introduced a generous baggage allowance for passengers traveling from Dubai. Economy class passengers can now carry up to 70kg of check-in baggage, distributed among a maximum of 3 pieces. On the other hand, Serene Plus (business class) travelers are entitled to carry up to 100kg, allowing for a maximum of 4 pieces of luggage, with each piece not exceeding 32kg.
This special offer is applicable to flights operated on the Airbus 330-200 aircraft and is part of their campaign named ‘Bring All That You Can For Your Family and Friends.’ The promotion is valid until July 31 for UAE residents flying from Dubai to Lahore and Islamabad.
The route between Dubai and Pakistan is notably busy, given that the UAE is home to a significant number of Pakistanis, with approximately 1.7 million residing in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Pakistani citizens constitute the second largest community in the UAE.
Additionally, Serene Air is extending a baggage allowance of 60kg for passengers traveling from Sharjah to Lahore and Islamabad, which will also be applicable until the end of the month.
As the airline continues to grow, it is actively seeking to expand its cabin crew team. Walk-in interviews for cabin crew positions will be conducted in Lahore on August 3 and in Karachi on August 8. To be eligible, applicants must be at least 26 years old and proficient in both English and Urdu.
It’s worth noting that Pakistan has recently removed the requirement for all passengers to present a Covid-19 vaccine certificate upon arrival.
