Contrary to popular belief, being healthy is easy. It does not require too much of your time or a drastic change in lifestyle. All it entails is a bit of effort and some creative thinking

Eat breakfast. A lot of people skip breakfast. But what they don’t realize is that it is more difficult on your body if you don’t eat the first meal of the day. Eating breakfast gives you energy, especially since you’ve been asleep for several hours. It helps to prevent overeating during lunch and the rest of the day. Remember to eat a healthy breakfast.

Drink lots of water. Water hydrates you and cleans your body. So why not drink it regularly? Drink at least seven glasses a day. The more active you are, the more water you should drink. Same as when the weather is hot.

Eat veggies. Okay, a lot of people do not like vegetables. But your body needs them for good health. Try to mix and match different vegetables with your regular food to get the taste of them. You love bacon? Why not wrap asparagus in bacon? These simple tricks can alter your perception about veggies while helping you acquire the taste for it, albeit slowly.

Stay Positive. Life can be stressful. But no matter how difficult it is, try to keep a positive outlook. Hang with friends and family. Eat well, watch a movie. Do charity. Life may be crappy at times, but there’s so many beautiful things to consider.

Don’t be too salty and sweet. Cutting extra salt and sugar in your diet can have an incredible effect on your health. Too much sodium intake has been linked to diseases like hypertension and heart disease. High sugar intake can lead to Type 2 Diabetes and obesity.
