Best Dubai’s free beaches

Dubai's free beaches in 2022

Who doesn’t like beaches, especially when we don’t have to pay any penny for them? And yes some beaches are free for everyone. And in this article, we are going to know about those beaches. Before that, first, tell me have you known about these free beaches located in Dubai? Let us know in the comment section!

Now let’s go to check the list without wasting any further seconds.

Al Sufouh Beach

Dubai residents know this beautiful beach by many names (Black Palace Beach, Secret Beach). It’s the perfect spot when you want to escape the crowds and feel like you’re off the beaten track without giving up views of the Burj Al Arab. The secret beach has no facilities or restaurants, so make sure to bring your supplies.

JBR Beach

The busiest beach in Dubai offers something for everyone. With sun-loungers, restaurants, cafés, and beach clubs galore, this stretch of sand hums with activity from sunrise until sunset. There’s no need to spend a dirham. Just arrive early and find a prime spot on the sand, then spend the day drinking in the views from Ain Dubai.

Jabel Ali Public Beach

The beach is beautiful, peaceful, and much less developed than many beaches in Dubai, making it much better than many. Jebel Ali Beach is the perfect place to relax by the water, read a book or listen to a podcast while feeling the sun on your skin. You can find a small kiosk selling snacks, ice creams, and cold drinks, and, from time to time, you can see pop-up coffee or food trucks.

Kite Beach

There are trendy cafes and delicious food stalls, a skate park, hanging rope obstacle course, human slingshot, 14km of beach-side running track, paddleboarding, water skiing, kayaking, and of-course kite surfing at this location. It’s a perfect destination for adults and kids. Kite Beach may have grown quickly over the last few years, but it maintains a sense of character.

Mercato Beach

If you like old-fashioned beach activities like rock pooling, building sandcastles, shell collecting, and paddling by the water, Mercato is the beach for you. You can reward the family for enjoying screen-free fun with ice cream from Mercato Mall or have lunch at 3Fils in nearby Jumeirah Fishing Harbour.

La Mer

Take a moment to visualize your dream beachside town. A glittering blue sea, soft, white sand, palm-tree-lined paths, quaint yet cool beach huts, and funky street art are some of the things that we anticipate La Mer will offer. The area also offers a wide range of dining and shopping options, including fast food and gourmet ice cream trucks, high-end restaurants, a retro cinema, an inflatable playground, and a water park.

Sunset Beach

Not to mention the fact that this lesser-known sibling of Kite Beach is usually deserted once the sun rises and tends to remain relatively quiet, if not entirely still, throughout the day. It’s among the top spots for surfers, fishing is popular, families are well catered for with a playground, several BBQ areas, even a pop-up library, and Wi-Fi access. You should, of course, stay for sunset.
