Ways to change the mobile phone number in Absher Services

Saudi Arabia’s Official mobile application is Absher, which allows the citizen and expats of Saudi use various government eServices. Some of the main services are Hajj permits, passport ( Jawazat) information can be updated, Traffic violations and fines can be recorded and apply any jobs in KSA.  The MOI of KSA has launched the Absher App to facilitate expats living in Saudi Arabia for all the basic services.

Ways to change the mobile phone number in Absher Services

1. Using Absher Official website you can change your mobile phone number
2. Using Absher Kiosk Machine you can change your mobile phone number

Using Absher Official website you can change your mobile phone number

1. Using Absher User credentials please log in
2. On the log in screen, Upper right side of the corner screen Click on the three dotted menu.
3. In the drop down section please click on user information.
4. Click on Edit Link
5. In the given Space type your New Mobile Phone Number
6. Enter the right captcha or verification code.
7. Then Click on Save
8. After that message will prompt on the screen saying that” your Account info has been updated”

Using Absher Kiosk Machine you can change your mobile phone number

In case the expats lost their mobile phone number and unable to log in using Absher Official website then they can use Absher Kiosk Machine.

1. Visit the nearest Absher KIOSK Machine
2. Choose the preferred language “ English” Or “Arabic”
3. Enter your Resident permit number (Iqama number)
4. Select the option to update Mobile number
5. Then it will ask your finger print scan, Place your right hand index finger on the fingerprint scanner and repeat the same option with your left hand index Finger.
6. After scanning both fingers, update your new mobile phone number
7. To verify the new mobile number you will receive an OTP
8. On the screen OTP entering option and Click on Finish Button
