Qatar Residents and expats can submit the criminal complaints via Metrash2 App

Simplify the procedure and reduce the time of receiving the Complaints MOI introduced the Criminal Complaining service via Metrash2 App.

In order to submit the Criminal Complain through Metrash2 App one should follow the below steps

1. Log in to Metrash2 App
2. Select the Contact Us Option
3. Move to the Criminal Complaint Window ( Security Department )
4. In order to select the concern Security Department with Complaint and also to know the complaint type one should write the summary of the complaint
5. Attaching  the Copy of the Complaint with signature
6. Complaint  Signature

After submission of the complaint, the relevant security department will contact the complaint and follow the further procedure to get all the required information as per the complaint nature.

The MOI on the Official Social media site twitter urged the public of Qatar to use this service through Metrash2 for any criminal complaints.
