You can find many beautiful parks around the Qatar. They are best places to enjoy your free time with family and friends and also provide you chance to maintain a healthy life. Dahl Al Hamam Park is one such park of Doha which has lot to offer to its visitors. The park is located right opposite Tawar Mall, on Arab League Street, Doha. Let’s explore this beautiful park.
Skating rink
As you enter the park, the bright blue skating rink will catch all your attention. You can practice here and show your skills. You can get the elevated view of the park from two small bridges located at the middle of the skating rink. Currently bridges are closed due to the COVID-19 but you can use the skating rink.
Open-air theatre
Do you know there’s an open-air theatre inside this park? So exciting right? It is very rare to find a park with open-air theatre but you can find one at Dahl Al Hamam Park. This theatre is used for holding events. Most interesting part here is that you can hear an echo while standing in the centre of this space.
Walking track
There’s a wide spread walking track around the entire park. While walking here, you can have the view of some beautiful parts of park.
Open green spaces
This beautiful park contains lush green carpets around the park. You can have a great time here while enjoying the views.
Other features
Apart from all these, there are flowering garden patches, open seating areas and shaded seating area.
Maze and table tennis areas
There’s also a maze and Table Tennis playing area right next to the maze. There are only few parks in Qatar which has maze inside them. A maze is such an interesting place to play and enjoy. But the sad part is that these are currently due to the current situation.
Multiple playgrounds and exercise area
There are multiple playgrounds here. These have seesaws, slides, climbing paths, monkey bars, etc. to play with. Children can have a great time here as there are lots of options to play. An exercise area is also inside this park. Please note that these areas are currently closed.
What is not allowed at the park?
Campfire, barbecue, scooters, bicycles, littering, loudspeakers, picking flowers, playing sports and pets are prohibited at this park.
