How to Check Iqma Expiry without using Absher – KSA

KSA iqama

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Labor and Social Development has facilitated the process for residents to check their Iqama (residence permit) expiration date without using Absher, the official online portal of the Saudi government. The service has been introduced to assist people who do not have access to Absher, which is primarily designed for Saudi citizens and residents.

To check the Iqama expiration date, residents must visit the Ministry of Labor and Social Development website and follow the given instructions. Firstly, select the preferred language from the website’s top menu, then click on the “Individuals” tab and choose the “Query Iqama Expiry Service” option. Next, enter the Iqama number and the captcha code displayed on the screen, and then click on the “View” button.

Upon clicking “View,” residents will receive a message indicating their Iqama expiration date, the Hijri calendar month, and the Gregorian calendar date.

It is important to note that Iqama holders must renew their residence permit before the expiration date, failing which they may face fines, penalties, and/or deportation. With the help of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development’s online service, residents can now easily stay on top of their Iqama expiration dates without the need for Absher.
